At Bio2 Sun Care, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our medical-grade skincare products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.
This policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled for purchases made through our website and authorized sales channels.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a refund:
- The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- We will accept “slightly used” products if you are not happy with the product. Please specify the produst was tried and you were not satisfied with it. Returned producta are not resold.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

2. How to Request a Refund
To start a return:
- Email us with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a shipping address.
- After we receive the item, a refund will be issued within 5 business days.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment (via original payment meathod) and credit will appear usually within 5–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
3. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If shipped by Amazon, we defer to their return shipping policy which may include free return shipping to their specific location.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of the product and packaging. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping, once verified.
5. Amazon Purchases
If your Bio2 Sun Care products were purchased through Amazon, please process your return directly through your Amazon account following their return procedures.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Items marked as “final sale”
- Promotional or sample items
7. Exchanges
We currently offer direct exchanges only for damaged items.
