Affiliate Terms & Conditions

These Affiliate Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in our Affiliate Program (“Program”). By joining or continuing to participate in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Enrollment
To enroll in the Program, you must submit a completed application. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion. Approval may be withdrawn at any time if conduct is deemed misleading, unethical, or incompatible with our brand values.
2. Affiliate Dashboard & Tracking
Affiliate referrals are tracked using browser cookies placed through your unique affiliate link or code.
Our standard cookie tracking period is 45 days, but this period may be adjusted at any time with or without notice.
First-click attribution applies:
The first affiliate link/code used by a customer will be credited for the sale and will remain associated with that customer for the full cookie duration.
3. Commission Structure
Standard affiliate commission rate is 15% of eligible product sales.
We may offer custom commission levels for:
Multi-Level Affiliates
VIP Affiliates
Partnership or brand ambassador arrangements
Any custom commission arrangements will be provided in writing on an individual basis.
4. Payment & Payout Requirements
Commissions are paid via PayPal only. A valid PayPal account is required to receive payment.
The minimum payout amount is $15.00. Balances below $15.00 will roll over to the next payout period.
Payments are typically issued monthly, but schedule may vary.
5. Returns & Refund Adjustments
We offer a 30-day return policy for customers.
Therefore, commissions for sales within the 30-day return window are not eligible for payout until that period has passed.
If a product is returned after commission has already been paid, the commission will be deducted from the affiliate’s future payout balance.
6. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not:
Use coupon, rebate, or discount sites to post codes unless given written permission.
Misrepresent the brand, product claims, or pricing.
Use unauthorized paid ads that directly target our brand name, product names, or misspellings.
Create duplicate or impersonation social media profiles of the brand.
Violation may result in removal from the Program and cancellation of unpaid commissions.
7. Brand & Content Usage
You may use our approved product images, messaging, and promotional materials. Altered, misleading, or unapproved claims (particularly medical claims) are strictly prohibited.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time for any reason. If terminated, only commissions that have passed the 30-day return eligibility period and meet the $15.00 minimum will be paid.
9. Program Changes
We may modify commission rates, cookie duration, payout schedules, or any other part of the Program at any time. Updates take effect upon posting to our website or via email notice.
By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
